Maybe i am too late for comments, In my opinion everything is great, It's look like her, Great painting and good background too, But weekpoint of this picture is the hair is too sharp and make this look like focus to her hair than her face because of the brush stroke that you used is a bit out of place, maybe you sholud use smudge tool just around the corner of her hair.
The background remind me from the videogame Deus Ex Mankind Divided Loading Screen, I wonder what is this art style called?
